Purpose: Use AI to rewrite outdated personal narratives and upgrade your self image.
Example prompt (same request, three levels):
- Beginner: “I want to feel better about myself.”
- Intermediate: “Help me replace the belief that I’m not worthy of my success.”
- Advanced: “I secretly believe my success wasn’t really earned, that most of it was luck, and that even the success I gained from hard work and perseverance doesn’t prove I’m a good person. Help me replace these feelings with a belief that helps me feel better about myself and better enjoy what I have achieved.”
