SKILL 7 : Self-Reflection
Purpose: Use AI as a reflective partner that asks you probing questions about who you are thereby creating a deeper understanding of yourself. Yes, you are not the only one asking questions. AI will ask YOU questions as well.
Example prompt (same request, three levels):
- Beginner: “Help me understand myself better.”
- Intermediate: “Help me understand why I think, feel, and behave the way I do.”
- Advanced: “I want to understand who I am and why I think, feel, and do the things I do—with clarity on both my strengths and weaknesses. Create a dialogue or set of open-ended questions to help me see myself as I truly am.”
How to apply this SKILL to COACHING:
Throughout your coaching you will want to better ‘know thyself’, and this will help you do so.
How to apply this SKILL to LIFE:
Use this tool to help you learn more about yourself in every way possible. ‘Knowing Thyself’ is a key to a successful life!
