SKILL 23 : Metacognition Track your Feelings
Purpose: Use AI to help you metacognitively track your emotional states over time and reflect on recurring emotional patterns and the stories that drive them.
Example prompt (same request, three levels):
- Beginner: “Help me track how I’ve been feeling lately.”
- Intermediate: “Create a way for me to track and share my feelings with you.”
- Advanced: “Create a way for me to track and share my feelings with you from week to week so you can help me identify any recurring thoughtfeeling-behavior loops and help me understand what triggers them—and how to shift them.”
