SKILL 18 : Progress Tracker
Purpose: Use AI to track measurable progress toward your coaching goals using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Example prompt (same request, three levels):
- Beginner: “Help me track my goals.”
- Intermediate: “Help me define success metrics for my weekly coaching goals.”
- Advanced: “Based on my coaching objectives and weekly goals, help me create a dashboard with success metrics. Include other ways for me to track my progress and measure my success along the way. Ideally, it will track and summarize my accomplishments and even highlight areas where I can improve. Ideally, it will monthly milestones that are broken down into manageable steps with checkpoints where AI (you) evaluates my progress and suggests strategic adjustments.
