SKILL 15 : Goal Planning
Purpose: Learn what weekly goals you should set for each session
Example prompt (same request, three levels):
- Beginner: “What’s a good goal to set this week?”
- Intermediate: “What goal can I set this week that supports my long-term coaching intention and challenges me to grow?”
- Advanced: “I am working with my Life Mastery & Peak-Performance coach ‘The Limitless Coach’ Mark Fournier, who requires that I bring him challenging goals and questions each week so he can use them to help me grow. Please ask me whatever questions you need to in order to help you provide me with great weekly challenges and goals that push me beyond my comfort zone, align with my purpose, and can be reviewed meaningfully during sessions.”
